Between 1993-2003, Marmara University Faculty of Medicine Prof. He continued his work as a lecturer and assistant professor at the Necmettin Pamir clinic and in the same period, he worked as a professor at Johns Hopkins University in America. He gained his clinical and surgical achievements, especially in the fields of Neuro-oncology and Vascular Neurosurgery, in the clinic of Donlin M. Long and Daniele Rigamonti. In 2003, he received the title of Associate Professor of Neurosurgery.
He worked as Clinical Chief at the Ministry of Health Göztepe Training and Research Hospital between 2004 and 2010. During this period, ensured that his clinic was accredited by the European Association of Neurosurgery (EANS). During the same period, he completed his endoscopic skull base surgery training at the University of Pittsburgh.
